in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) Question

Hi, we are on PUM52. We can do IRS tin matching service manually by uploading and downloading a return file.

Has anyone found a way to automate the end to end process using any available tools within PeopleSoft or outside of PeopleSoft?
