Match Mass Assignment - Reassignment Trackingenter

We are attempting to report on MECC exception reassignments by user but are not capturing all reassignment activity performed through the Match Mass Assignment page. When users reassign exceptions using the Match Mass Assignment page without entering comments, we can identify the reassignment through the table AP_MEC_REMARKS. However, when users enter comments before processing the reassignment, AP_MEC_REMARKS only stores the comment text and does not appear to capture the change to the assigned user. As a result, we are unable to report on all reassignment activity. Is there another table or process that captures these reassignment events when comments
