PTools upgrade does not remove Pcode from CDM_DIST_NODE.OPERPSWD case 4-0003719812 and more issues

we opened case 4-0003719812 but we are concerned more stuff is affected so i am throwing this out to community also !

and why not ?

we are looking everywhere in inhere for help of course !

we are going from 859.08 to 862.09 and when we found this issue and this one:

We went to a PTools screen define personalization's and instead of see the labels "DEFINE" "FORMAT" and "EXPLANATION" I get "label not found" on 2 of them !

Imagine my surprise ?!?!??

NOT GOOD . we tested on our Microsoft PROD and TEST SQL 2022 servers to make sure its NOT our WIN 2022 servers and or SQL 2022. same results from our copies of PROD to our future test and PROD WIN 2022 servers ! and our TEST SQLs are both up to date on both servers
