pt<LANG>.dat files are missing in the PT Patch DPK 8.62.13 distributions

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 1 comment

When patching a DB using Change Assistant, the following error occurs : Error: Unable to open INPUT: ptfraa.db

This file (and all other language files) is missing in PS_HOME/data, despites the dms files exist. Same problem for Linux and Windows distribution.
