How do I reset the password for .oamkeystore?

in Identity Management (MOSC) Question

I am running OAM 14c (14.1.2.1.260820) and when trying update the password for .oamkeystore, I accidentally set it to blank. Is there any way short of a complete reinstall to fix this issue?

I have tried to reset it using the WLST command resetOAMKeystorePassword but it does not work. I get the following stack dump.
