Conflict when trying to apply patch 37692789

in Identity Management (MOSC)

My manageHIQ is invalid, I am on the latest 14.1.2.1 bundle patch from september. When trying to apply patch 37692789 I get a conflict with 39884090;OID BUNDLE PATCH 14.1.2.1.0(ID:260814.2147), If I try and do the post install steps from 37692789 to recompile the broken package it still fails to compile as the .sql in my oracle_home is the broken one. Anyone any ideas how to solve this?
