How to get real user IP (app uses AWS ALB) in app server log and PSACCESSLOG

We are on PeopleTools 8.61.20. I checked older posts regarding this

- not able to download the pdf here

and added below line in web profile

RemoteIPHeader = X-Forwarded-For

after doing the changes, I restarted web and app, clared cache. But still not able to see the real IP anywhere.

I validated the jsp, that is having the http header and real IP.

Request Information

RemoteAddr = 10.165.XX.XXX

X-Forwarded-For = 10.62.XXX.XX
X-Forwarded-Proto = https
X-Forwarded-Port = 443

Am I missing any step?
