Workflow Builder in OCI.

We have been an OCI customer running Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.10 for several years, and in the past we used Oracle Workflow Builder without any issues.

We have not needed to use Workflow Builder for a few years, but recently tried connecting again and now receive the following error:

ORA-12649: Unknown encryption or data integrity algorithm

Has anyone encountered this issue when connecting Workflow Builder to an OCI-hosted EBS environment? If so, what changes were required to resolve it?

Also, for those still maintaining or modifying Oracle EBS workflows, are you still using Oracle Workflow Builder, or have you moved to a different tool or approach?
