EM weblogic domain keystores is not loading thru EM portal

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) Question

In Enterprise Manager (EM) for BI Server, when navigating to Security → Keystores, none of the keystores are loading. We are encountering the following error:
