Incorrect SSN on W-2

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) Question

PeopleSoft HCM Version 9.2

Our HR department entered an incorrect SSN for an employee in 9/2025 and corrected in 5/2026 but didn't notify payroll so now we need to do a W-2c correcting the SSN but I'm not sure how to do it. I know how to correct amounts but no personal information. How can I get this SSN corrected on a W-2c.

Please advise and TIA.
