Reporting Repository

I wanted to ask if anyone has implemented Report Manager or used anything additional product or custom process to handle the report retention. Currently we use Control D, which allows us to break up reports by users Department ID, etc. But we are moving away from that and what to see what Peoplesoft can offer. We would like to be able to spilt reports out by users, allow for multiple file types (pdf, excel, etc.) and be able to control security by report types. Any help or input would be appreciated.
