Patchset 40092406: PEOPLESOFT RELEASE PATCHSET: FSCM - 10012026

We are in the process of apply this patchset , but has lot of prerequisites as shown below. We plan to have csv upload into IRS not the cXML version. Question is do we need to apply al of these or some of these can be skipped from being applied ?

Any feedback is much apporeciated.
