My Oracle Support Community - How to Join
Greetings, and welcome to the My Oracle Support Community (MOSC)!
MOSC is a community of Oracle support experts and knowledgeable customer and partner users of Oracle's on-premise* applications and technologies. We're here to help you with consultative questions regarding use of these products and provide a sounding board on which you can interact with like-minded peers.
Access to the community is gated and available only to individuals with an Oracle user account that reflects a known support association with Oracle. To gain entry to the community, you must first register. When registering, you can either create a new Oracle account, or you can sign in with your existing one. The registration form will first ask you to specify the Oracle products that you are interested in, then will proceed to collect standard user account details. Upon submission, the registration form will check to ensure that your email address is recognized as having a valid support association with Oracle, so be sure to use your corporate address when registering. Users with generic email domains, such as gmail.com, outlook.com, etc. are not granted access to the community forums.
If your email domain is recognized, you will be granted immediate access to the community's many discussion forums and ideas labs. If your email domain is not recognized, your community account will be created in a Pending state, and you will be requested to provide further information (CSI, tenancy, etc.) for an administrator to manually evaluate. If you have questions about your community account's status, look for a red banner at the top of the community's main page after you log in; if present, this banner will instruct you on how to address common registration/access problems.
*Users of Oracle's Fusion Applications, OCI, and cloud services should instead visit the Cloud Customer Connect community.
