Transaction with multishipping: custom address and shipping

Hello, I've got a few questions about these things.
1. Is there any valid way to get details of "Custom" address of line item? This address is not created in "addressbook" sublist. (I've checked the shipping cost calculation and noticed, that "iladdrbook" sublist is used. Would its usage be right for custom scripts?)
2. Is there any relation in transactions between item lines and shipping lines?
