Email invoice message "Please open attached file..."- any way to change this?
Hello Experts, we send our invoices via email using the 'Invoice Billable Customers' transaction. Problem is that the standard email message looks like spam to many customers here in Germany:
Please open the attached file to view your Invoice. To view the attachment, you first need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have it yet, visit Adobe's Web site http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html to download it.
Is there aaaany way to change this? I have searched in vain. Even if I put a custom message in the invoice, the system still sends the text above. At the very least is there a way to have this in another language?
