Is there a way to mark Subscription charges as Processed in Migration

We will be creating In-Flight subscriptions as part of our implementation of SuiteBilling. We want to import the complete history of the in-flight subscriptions including the charges that have already been invoiced. We are aware of how we can show prior revenue recognized but we cannot see how we would show prior invoiced amounts.
