Shorten Transaction PDF name

When I create a new invoice and then save with "To Be Emailed" checked, an email is sent with the Invoice PDF attached. The PDF file is currently too long for our customer's system to handle, how can this name be changed? Current example of the file name I am getting is "INVOICE_21-206093_1618848820697.pdf". How can I remove the last portion (1618848820697) of the name so the name just reads "INVOICE_21-206093.pdf"?
