Default Email template

According to the standard NetSuite documentation, it should be possible to change the “Email Message Template” to a custom template. But even after changing the Email message template to a custom template NetSuite sends automated emails with the Default Email template. It is not picking the custom template mentioned in the custom form.

We have tried this for the invoice email templates and it didint work.
