NSC | Weekly Timesheet > The Retract Button

Timesheets are no longer editable once it has been submitted for approval. The only way that the user can fix any mistake on the record would be for the approver to reject it. 

However since the 2021 release, a Retract Button has already been added to address this.

Take note that ---

  • The Retract button is only visible when the record is in View mode and the status of the Timesheet is in Pending Approval
  • The user can retract the whole timesheet or a specific line
  • An email notification will also be sent to the approval whenever a user retracts a timesheet or a time entry.
