NSC | FAM > Missing Reset Asset Value Button
The Reset Asset Value button will be available on Fixed Assets > Set up System > Set up if the system detects record changes that will require an asset reset. This is triggered when changes are made on asset field/s that is/are used in depreciation.

But what if you have made changes to the aforementioned fields, but the Reset Asset Value button is still missing? Here are the possible reasons why and what you can do to resolve it:
