NSC | Time Entries for Approval > Multiple Emails
When a Timesheet is submitted for approval, approvers expect that only one email will be received as a notification. But what if multiple emails has been coming in?
Here's one possible scenario that might have been causing this:
If you have created and submitted a Timesheet and subsequently edited each time entry, an email will be sent for each.
- Create weekly timesheet with multiple lines (could be different department or location)
- Click Save
- Go to the list of Time Tracking entries
- Edit each time entry individually
- Click Submit
The result of the above would result to 1 email for each time entry submitted.
