Q1. If a Customer has a Credit Card saved on their profile, it pushes onto the order as the Payment Method. Is there a way to save a Customer's Credit Card to their record without NetSuite wanting to use it on the order?
Answer: Yes. Open the Customer record, and navigate to Financial Tab. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and you should see subtabs Credit Cards or Payment Instruments.
- Once there, edit on the Payment Cards saved and uncheck the default box.
- After this is done, whenever you create a Sales Order, it will not automatically populate the
