Q1. If a Customer has a Credit Card saved on their profile, it pushes onto the order as the Payment Method. Is there a way to save a Customer's Credit Card to their record without NetSuite wanting to use it on the order?

Answer: Yes. Open the Customer record, and navigate to Financial Tab. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and you should see subtabs Credit Cards or Payment Instruments.

  1. Once there, edit on the Payment Cards saved and uncheck the default box.
  2. After this is done, whenever you create a Sales Order, it will not automatically populate the
