NSC | Saved Search > Purchase Order > Billed Before Received
To know your Purchase Orders that were billed first before received, you can create a Saved Search by following these steps:
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Select Transaction
3. Under the Criteria tab, add the following filters:
- Type = Purchase Order
- Formula Numeric = CASE WHEN ({billingtransaction.datecreated} < {fulfillingtransaction.datecreated}) THEN 1 END
4. Under the Results tab, add necessary fields
5. Click Save & Run
