Website Return Authorization - Qty

Hi,

Customer purchased a quantity of 960 ( each case has 12 items in the cart)

They go in to start a return and instead of the 960 that they purchased its showing 11520 as the quantity that they can return (I know they get the 11520 from 960 x 12 in each case)

How do we change it so that the customers return is based on case count and not the quantity that is in each case.
