Work Order Completion Report/Search

I need to create a report or saved search showing Work Order Completions, including the Ending Operation and Quantity Completed.

The purpose is to be able to have each employee report the quantity completed at their station on a weekly basis. However, I can't find a way to include all the info I need. I can get a list of WOCs, but the columns for Operations and Quantity are blank. Thanks in advance for any help.
