NSC | Sales Order > Create Two Cash Sales
By NetSuite's standard behavior, we cannot partially bill/create two or more Cash Sales directly from the Sales Order unless we set a Billing Schedule to it. If we want to partially bill a Sales Order and ensure that the other Cash Sale is still linked to the Sales Order, you can do the following:
- On the first Cash Sale created, hover to Actions
- Click Make Copy
- On the new Cash Sale form, change Amount to the partial or remaining amount of the Sales Order
- Click Save
Result: Both Cash Sales were logged under Sales Order record > Related Records
