NSC | Reporting Unexpected Errors to NetSuite Customer Support that helps identify the issue faster
To help the representative who will handle the support case look up the root cause of NetSuite Unexpected Errors faster, include the Error Ticket when reporting such errors. The ticket code is in the URL of the pop-up window that shows up after clicking the link for notifying support. See the screenshots below:
