Override exchange rate on Ownership transfer

Hi Community,

Having reviewed https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/discussion/4291471/change-to-netsuite-2019-2-ownership-transfer-exchange-rate regarding the 'Default Receiving Exchange Rate' system setting I was wondering if anyone knows of a way of overriding the exchange rate on inbound shipments/ownership transfers at an individual document level.

I have tried a few different scripting approaches but none of them seem to work.
