Is there a way we can manually link a Purchase Order to a Sales Order after raising it?

We sometimes find that we have purchase orders that have not been linked to specific Sales Order but should have been, for example if a PO is raised through the project rather than against specific items in the Sales Order.

Is there a way we can manually link a Purchase Order to a Sales Order after raising it? Thanks!
