How to show Kit components on Workorder and Sales Order?

2 questions.

  1. I am testing kits. The items associated to the kit show on the sales order, but not on the work order. How can I get the associated items on the workorder?
  2. Is there anyway to have a blank line on the sales order after the last line the kit to separate it from the next item.
