Action Required: IP Address Rules with a Split-tunnel VPN is Not Supported
This notice is intended for accounts that use the NetSuite IP Address Rules feature in combination with a split-tunnel VPN configuration. Oracle NetSuite does not support this combination for user access to NetSuite.
What is Changing?
Configuring a split-tunnel VPN server in your network infrastructure, in conjunction with enforcing IP address rules for restricting user access to NetSuite, is not supported. See the help topic VPN Configuration for User Access to NetSuite, SuiteAnswers ID 98807.
As of July 1, 2023, Oracle NetSuite will enforce the policy that companies cannot use the IP Address Rules feature to restrict user access in conjunction with an on-premises split-tunnel VPN.

@Robert Nedelkow-Oracle | NetSuite Support Community Administrator
