Is there anyway to add Expenses in VAT on Mobile App?

When submitting and expense via the mobile app, is there anyway to add in the VAT before the record gets submitted?

Currently staff take a picture of their receipt, enter the gross value and send. Then accounts have to open up the record and set the VAT value and amend the value. So was just wondering if we can show the VAT on the mobile app to prevent this extra work?
