Does anyone that uses Support Management have a limit for Authorized Contacts in place?
We would like to limit the number of our Customers' Contacts that can access our Customer Support Center.
We know that NetSuite limits us as to the # of Authorized Contacts that can access the NetSuite Support Center and we would like to leverage that same functionality in our Support Management.
Anyone know if this is available to us? Has anyone done this?
I see Enhancement request SuiteIdea #549000 and have voted on it but that makes 2 of us.
