How to make Enhanced Merchandising Zone(CMS Merchzone) active?

Our Account is compatible to use Enhanced Merchandising Zone, but when logged into SMT, its not in active state. Legacy Merchandising Zone is in active state and when using that content type and publishing, we can see the desired output.

Even though, Enhanced Merchandising Zone is not highlighted , we are able to drag and drop this to web page and can also enter settings for that content type. But, we can't see the output after publishing.
