How to resolve Loop not Sending RMA from Shopify to NetSuite?
We are having difficulty in the integration with Loop and exchange orders processing through Shopify to back out taxation implications. Shopify credits the original sale but does not push it to NS to correct the tax amounts due on upsell or downsell items on exchanges. We are only getting the exchange order and not the credit for the original order to process. Is this a standard practice or how should this be coming over?
