NSC | How to create a dataset for Invoices related to Milestone Charges
Scenario:
In project billing, users may need to identify actual Milestone Charges with their respective Invoices.
Currently, this is not possible via Saved Searches, but it is possible via Analytics Dataset.
Solution:
1.) Click Analytics
2.) Go to Dataset > then click New Dataset
3.) Select Charge
4.) For the Criteria:
Add the following filters:
Charge Type = Milestone (Column 1: select Charge, Column 2: select Charge Type)
Invoice = <No Value> then select None of (Column 1: select Charge, Column 2: select Invoice) - this will show Milestone charges with Invoices:

5.) Add columns
Invoice: (Column 1: select Charge, Column 2: select Charge Type)
