NSC | Send an Email Alert when Assembly Build and Planned Work Orders are Created
Scenario
User needs to send an email alerts when an Assembly is Built in the system and when Work Orders are Planned.
Solution
This can be accomplished by creating 2 different Transaction Saved Searches.
- For when an Assembly Build record is created
- For when a Work Order with Planned status has been created
In the Criteria tab, set the filters like the Type of the transaction.
- For the Assembly Build
- For the Work Order:
Note: You can also add the Subsidiary, Status or other fields as needed.
Then on the Email tab of the search, check the box for "Send Email Alerts When Records are Created/Updated
