NSC | Permission to make Print BOL in Item Fulfillment work as expected
Scenario
The Print BOL button in an Item Fulfillment does not work when logged in using a Custom Role. When clicked, no pop-up window appears.
Solution
- Login using Administrator Role.
- Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
- Click Edit for the Custom Role
- Under Permissions tab > Custom Record subtab, add Bill of Lading Preferences, Minimum Level is View, but you can select Edit or Full, depending on your need.
- Click Save
After saving, try logging in using the Custom Role and Print BOL button should be working as expected.
