NSC | Why is Purchase Order in Pending Bill status when there is no linked Item Receipt?
Some users encounter that the Receive button is not available on their Purchase Order even if the Advanced Receiving feature is enabled on their Account.
Users need to check the Item Type of the Item added on the Purchase Order, and whether it can be fulfilled or not.
As an example, if it only contains a Service Item and its CAN BE FULFILLED/RECEIVED checkbox is not marked, then the Purchase Order will be automatically in Pending Bill status and the Receive button is not available, even if it has no linked Item Receipt.
