NSC | Why are new Vendor Addresses not showing in System Notes?
There are instances when the System Notes do not pick up some changes in a Record. This may be due to a preference where System Notes only picks up updates of a Record.
To confirm, navigate to Setup > Company > General Preferences and check if the Log System Notes on Update Only checkbox is enabled.
Please note that when this option is enabled, System Notes are logged only when records are updated, and not when they are created.
To have System Notes log when creating an Address, kindly clear the Log System Notes on Update Only checkbox to disable this preference.
