New to NetSuite | Saved Search to see all Journal entries which are NOT linked to Vendor Payments
In NetSuite, we have the capability to run saved searches which allows users to pull and display information for various transaction types and their associated transactions.
For example, to get the list of all Journal entries which are NOT linked to the Vendor Payments we must use the following Saved Search:
- Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New
- Select Transaction
- Search Title: Enter Title
- Example: Journal Entries not linked to Vendor Payments Search
- Under Criteria tab:
- Click Standard subtab
- Filter:
- Select Type
- Type: Select Journal
- Click Set
- Select Type
- Click Summary subtab:
- Summary Type:
- Select Sum
- Field:
- Select Formula (Numeric)
