NSC | How to show count of Tracking Numbers in a Sales Order Saved Search?
The ability to show Tracking Numbers in separate lines in Sales Order Transaction Saved Search is currently a limitation and is logged under Enhancement 193933 Allow the option to present multiple tracking numbers in separate lines in Sales Transaction Saved Search.
As a workaround, to properly reflect the correct count of the Tracking Numbers, Users should be counting it from the Item Fulfillment itself.
Here are the filters and fields we can add to our Sales Order Saved Search:
In our Criteria tab, we can add this filter:
- Fulfilling/Receiving Transaction Fields… = Tracking Number = is not empty
In our Results tab, we can add these fields:
