NSC | Can a user with a custom role view the Fixed Asset Management Process page and its content?
A user with Custom Role will be able to view the Fixed Asset Management Process Page through Fixed Assets > Background Processing > Status. However, no record will show.
To resolve, add the FAM Process permission to the Custom Role:
- Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
- Edit the Custom Role
- Under permissions, add FAM Process and then set it to Full
- Click on Save
Note: Make sure to log in and out of the account before checking.
