NSC | FAM Diagnostics Portlet > Important notes to remember when setting it up
By setting up the FAM Diagnostics portlet on your dashboard, you'll be able to easily check which process/es is/are needed to be performed to update the Fixed Asset Records.
Things to remember when using the FAM Diagnostics portlet:
1. The scan can be done manually or by schedule.
- Manually: The portlet needs to be manually refresh to see updated information.
- Schedule: You can set it to daily, weekly, or monthly
2. Click on the Run Scan to trigger another scan
Note: If the scan was already manually made or was ran based on schedule, triggering this would update the Last Remidied on and Last Remidied By fields again
