NSC | How to Resolve Error "Invalid ID" When Running a Fixed Asset Management Report
Reports that have been generated by the system are stored in a specific folder. If this folder is not set up, the system will not be able to process the report.
Here's how you can resolve it:
- Using Administrator role, navigate to Documents > Files > File Cabinet and then click on SuiteBundles.
- Click the recent Bundle ID for Fixed Asset Management SuiteApp
- Copy the internal ID of the src folder
- Navigate to Fixed Assets > Setup > System Setup
- Select Reports tab and then on the Folder to Use for Reporting (Internal ID): Paste the copied internal ID
- Click Submit.
- Generate the report and check if you can now view the report without encountering any error.
