NSC | How to Show Customer Part Number in Sales Order Line?
Scenario: Users may need to show the Customer Part Number in the line item of a Sales Order record .
Solution: Some users need to have the Customer Part Number of an item showing in the Sales Order record if the Item Name is too long and the indicator that they use is the Customer Part Number instead. This can be done by customizing the Sales Order form. To do this, just follow the following steps:
1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms
2. From the List, look for the Sales Order form that you want to customize.
3. Click the Edit link.
