NSC | Resolve Error: “You do not have access to this page.” when Viewing Reports

Users with Custom Roles are opening the report but fails to do so due to error being encountered. Reports is a useful tool in decision making and some custom roles need access to view it to analyze the information.

To troubleshoot, users may check the following:

1. Check if the report has the role selected under Audience tab

2. If the report is coming from a Managed Bundle (ie: International Tax Report), check if the Script for the particular report have the Custom Role selected as Audience:

  • Navigate to Customization > Scripting > Scripts
  • On Filter, Type: Select Suitelet
  • Look for Script Report
  • Click
