New To NetSuite | Bank Feeds Automatic Import is Not Connecting
The Bank Feeds SuiteApp uses the Financial Institution Connectivity Plug-in to perform an automated process that retrieves bank data and imports them into your NetSuite account.
When performing the Setup of your Financial Institutions, you have received the following error which influenced that the Automatic Bank Data import failed: “The server could not process your request. If the issue persists, please contact Support.”
To check the error:
1. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Financial Institution > List
2. Click View in line with Bank Feeds
3. Click Format Profile: Configuration subtab
4. Click Edit in line with Name of the Format Profile you would like to setup
