Unable to open the extension manager record

Hi All,

I am getting the following message when I try to open Extension Manager

{"header":{"status":{"code":"ERROR"},"message":"Unexpected token: <","extra_data":{},"error_code":"SyntaxError"}}

I tried using the following SuiteAnswers Article, but it didn't work.

Could any of you guys suggest to me what's causing this issue?
