Unable to Send PDF Email to Customers
Good Day,
We are currently having an issue where our emails being sent to customers are being blocked. They show an error:
"We found suspicious links in these files
They've been blocked for your protection. Please contact your administrator if you think this is an error."
We believe this is because the PDF Template contains links to our Sales Rep's emails as well as links to our website.
We have decided to remove the links themselves on the template but we discovered that we are not using any anchor tags on the template, but the PDF Engine still renders the PDF with links to our website as well as a mailto action to Sales Rep email.
